Warranty and Related Info

Limited Warranty: All cat furniture has a one-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship. All warranties are intended for normal indoor cat use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, use by animals (or humans) other than cats, outdoor use, misuse, acts of nature or acts beyond the control of LazyKittyCondos.com.  In the event of a warranty issue arising, LazyKittyCondos.com does not pay for return S/H costs back to our facility, but does cover the S/H costs to return the repaired item(s).  

Shipping Damage: All items must be unwrapped, opened, and inspected before accepting the item.  If the item is damaged you must refuse the shipment of the item and contact LazyKittyCondos.com immediately.  

Returns: All sales are considered final, however at our discretion we may honor a return based on the following:  1 – The purchase was made within the last 30 days. 2 – The product is unused.  3 – The refund amount would not include the initial shipping or return shipping.  4 – A restock fee of 20% would apply.
